AI serves up Haute Cuisine

Michael Haase founder of Plant Jammer is upbeat about his new app. Apparently AI is used to marry the spare food items you may have lying around in your kitchen cupboard to invent a new and tasty meal. Those interested should note that it does not include cleaning products possibly also found in your kitchen cupboards!

The AI searches for often paired items across a database of three million recipes, it then uses the knowledge gained from professional chefs to group items in to tastes such as salt, sour, sweet umamit etc and aromas, plus textures.

The AI stirs its wooden spoon and devises a recipe. The results whether good or bad are fed back in to the algo to further improve the recipes.

Anyway, why not put it to the test?
